Breaking down barriers to employment.

Laing O’Rourke have partnered with ANTZ to create the Building Opportunities alternative employment programme which aims to up-skill local people in construction and the built environment, whilst building personal and professional skills.

This is a construction-led programme, but with employment opportunities across a variety of sectors. 

Join ANTZ and the Laing O’Rourke team to find out more about this innovative programme and how we can all work together to impact your communities.

Co-production is key, so we need your help!

Programme Objectives:

• To give local people the opportunity to explore a different career pathway resulting in employment & improved wellbeing.
• To align and maximise employment opportunities within Laing O'Rourke, their supply chain and the ANTZ network.

Programme Eligibility Criteria:
Any person unemployed for 6 months or more. Including but not limited to prison leavers, carers, veterans, and people with hidden/physical disabilities.
