Empathy and Communities Training! Online

As part of ANTZ Social Value learning solutions, we are delighted to offer Empathy & Communities Training online.

Our suite of training enables businesses to achieve their ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) and Social Value commitments.

Who should attend? Everybody including those working with or recruiting from hard-to-reach communities, those leading community projects, and those striving for a deeper understanding of their communities both at work and beyond.

The 3 hour training covers:

• Promoting wellbeing within your organisation.
• Understanding empathy.
• Person-centred delivery.
• Safeguarding.
• Addressing unconscious bias.
• How to drive a positive internal shift change in the way we interact with each other.

You will need internet access to participate and Microsoft Teams which is available via your Web Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox etc.) Instructions will be given when you register.
